P90X check in
Day 43…close to halfway! The problem is I’m no where near where I want to be. I’ve lost 7 lbs and have 18 more to go (though I’m flexible with these numbers). I’ve lost 1.25 inches in my waist, 1.4 in arms, 2 in hips, and 1.25 in my thigh. Despite these numbers I don’t feel a big difference. I’m trying to be patient and stick with it but July is coming soon and I’m doubtful as to whether I’ll achieve my goal of being comfortable in a swimsuit by then. I need to step things up somehow….
